Yesterday Casey, Caleb and I went to Chicago for Caleb's surgery. It was suposed to be at 12:30 in the afternoon but the doctor was held up in another surgery and Caleb didn't end up getting in there until a little after 3. The procedure took about four hours from the time they put him under til he woke up in the recovery room. He did such a good job. They had him pretty medicated so he woke up and kept falling back asleep for a while but never cried. He woke up at midnight and ate then he slept through the night. We were able to come home this morning a little after nine or so. Since then Caleb has been a little irritable but nothing we can't handle!

I'm so glad he's doing well!! We were thinking about him yesterday!!! Poor little guy...at least he had it now...while he won't be able to remember;)
I know what you went through, that's why I left it up to you to call. Thanks for the phone calls throughout the day. I know that all of you will be wonderful!!!
